This six session therapeutic yoga series weaves mindful mobility work and classical hatha yoga with accessible meditation. Here we build better body and breath awareness, focus, and inner listening. In Strength and Flow, movement becomes preparation for meditation; meditation becomes the lens through which we move—building strength that supports ease and flow that arises from presence.
