Somewhere along the way, we forget. We forget we’re more than caretakers and doers. We forget the wild in our hearts, the fire in our bellies, the wisdom in our bones.

But when women gather—without roles, rules, or pretending—we remember. This summer at Wiawaka on Lake George, I’m holding space for exactly that: a nature-soaked, laughter-filled retreat for women ready to drop the exhaustion, and reclaim their power, passion, and purpose.

What to Expect:

You don’t need fixing—you need a break. And maybe a lake. And definitely the company of some badass women to remind you of who you are.

In uncertain times, we need to retreat and realign.

Led by master teacher, yoga therapist, and spiritual rebel Lauren Toolin, and Special Guests, this all-inclusive weekend is a deep dive into realignment, reclamation, and radical joy.

Experience goddess-themed yoga practices, a special yoga nidra session, an intuitive art session, a shamanic manifestation celebration, and so much more!

About the location

The oh so special Wiawaka Center for Women is the oldest women’s retreat center in the country and was established in 1903 to provide a space for female millworkers to reconnect with nature and each other, and to rest. The campus is on the shores of Lake George, one of the cleanest and most magical lakes in the country. All activities and meals will be provided here. Lauren is honored to have been bringing women’s groups here since 2012.
